  2. Rules & Regulations Regarding Pin Title Entitlement • 1.The program will be officially launched on July.2nd 2011. The various funds and new pin titles’ entitlement will be calculated from Cycle 7. • 2.Our EC System will calculate various fund achieved and award titles achieved accordingly monthly; the funds will be accumulated and deposited into the EC system specific to each pin-title account achiever • 3. No funds can be cashed out and can only be applied to pay for categories of travel, luxury cars or properties/estates according to our marketing plan • 4.No funds can be transferred (e.g. travelling funds cannot be converted to luxury car/luxury home fund)

  3. Rules & Regulations Regarding Pin Title Entitlement • 5. Winalite may realign the Pin Title’s qualification criteria annually according to our Global market development and notify Winaliters in advance of any changes • 6. Achievers would be recognized at the Annual Winalite Global Congress • 7. Members can check their own fund accumulation records in their respective EC system account online

Sample Calculation of Travelling Fund Definition： Per share： Global Sales PV (Except China & Hong Kong)/（Achieved member × particular share） Example: Travelling fund Cycle 7，Global Sales PV(Except China & Hong Kong) = 15,000,000 PV Travelling Fund Pool for Cycle 7 = 15,000,000X1%= 150,000 PV 2） Qualifiers for Travelling Fund Award in Cycle 7 ： 200Pearl， 100 Ruby，15 Sapphire， 2Emerald，1Blue Diamond Total Share=（200*1+100*2+15*3+2*4+1*5) = 458 share 3) Per share=150,000 PV / 458 = 327.51 PV

Sample Calculation of the Luxury Car Fund Example: Car fund Cycle 8, Global Sales PV(Except China & Hong Kong) = 15,000,000 PV Car Fund Pool for Cycle 8 = 15,000,000 X0.5%=75,000 PV 2) Qualifiersfor Car Fund Award in Cycle 8 ： 30Crown ，5 Double Crown , 1Triple Crown Total Share =（30*1+5*2+1*3) = 43 share 3)Per share =75,000 PV/43 = 1744.18 PV
