SOP dibuatsetiapjeniskegiatan, denganmengacu PERMEN 33/2009, KodeEtik, AD/ART dan SK KetuaUmum ORARI Pusat. • Penertibanpenggunaan Band Frekuensi AR, merupakantanggungjawabbersamaantaraPengurus ORARI Lokaldengan ORARI Daerah Jawa Barat. • Seksi Monitoring ORDA Jabarsangatterbatashanya 2 orang, untuk Band Frek VHF agar dibantuolehPengurusLokal. • SDR merupakan tool yang baikuntukdiimplementasikan di ORDA danLokal, untukonitor Spectrum Frekuensiseluruh Band. • SWL diusulkan agar dapatdijadikansyaratkenaikantingkatdariSiagakePenggalang

Setasiunkhusus (StaLokal, Gateway, Repeater dan Club Sta) agar segeradilengkapidenganIjin yang Syah (IAR) sesuaitingkatannya. • Kerjasamadenganberbagaiintansi agar lebihditingkatkan, baik di tingkat Daerah maupunLokal. • Setiaplokal agar mendataanggota yang telahmengikutipelatihan SAR dan CORE untuk di jadikan Time CORE Lokalmasing-masing • LokaldianjurkanuntukmengajukanSta Club Sesuaitertuangdalam SK KetuaUmum ORARI Pusat KEP-068/OP/KU/2009, denganketetapan yang disepakati, dengan Minimal Equipment dan 4 kali KegiatanInternatiional Contest • StasiunLokalwajibmengikutiJawa Barat Net pada 80 Meter Band, setiapSenin – Kamispukul 12.30 UTC
