  6. Legislative Component • AB – 1395 Sponsor Assemblyman Swansen-Increase job options for SCIF employees • AB – 1263 Sponsor Assemblyman Williams- Prevent former SCIF executives and Board members from working for competitors for two years after leaving SCIF

  7. Legal Component • Enforce the law and our contract • Cease and desist letters to protect our members from misinformation • Seniority grievance • Ongoing support for bargaining team • Ongoing support for the field

  8. Bargaining Component More than 20 proposals to help our members 1. Find new jobs 2. Deal with stress 3. Who decides to leave 4. Make relocation easier 5. Adjust to the new city and worksite

  10. Field: members in motion • Campaign kickoff meetings 1,153 attended • Sticker day 2,252 participants • Surveys 1,247 collected • SCIF “Focus On The Facts” video – 89% of email invitations opened to access video
