Illumina Digital (Web Design) and Arc Software (Database services) are the external consultants that have worked with Careers Wales to develop CWO since the inception of the site. Both companies have worked on a variety of award winning developments (Including the CWO BAFTA Award) and are well respected in their fields of expertise.
The Careers Wales Association employs a small team of IT professionals, managed by Paul Messer (CWO Manager), who both maintain and develop site content. CWO has a bespoke Content Management System that allows the CWA team to add content, designs, re-designs and some functionality to the site, without recourse to the External Developers.
To date, the CWA team have held meetings with nominated members of the Senior Management Teams in each of the four pilot schools.
