You're practically glued to that computer         screen.    B: Actually, l' got a problam.Maybe oyu can help me.     A: Sure. What's up?    B: I'm trying to check my email but I can't get into it.          It say to check my user ID and password, but I did             that.What  am I doing wrong?      A: Why don't you try again? These things are usually case          sensitive,you know. forgetting a capital letter can mess           it up.    B: Really? yes. you're right. that's done the tric.thanks.    A: No problam. Glad I coul help.
