Introducing Office An office suite is: • An interconnected bundle of programs that share resources with each other • Designed to help workers accomplish tasks they perform in an office Two versions of Microsoft Office: • Home and Student • Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note • Professional • Includes Home and Student version, Access, Publisher, and Outlook © 2008 Prentice-Hall, Inc.

  5. Quick Access Toolbar and Ribbon The Quick Access Toolbar is used to save or print without going through a menu sequence. The Ribbon allows you to manage and modify documents through functions listed in the tabs and groups. © 2008 Prentice-Hall, Inc.
