  21. 回顾总结 胰连续横断层标本或CT扫描主要围绕肝门静脉及其属支（肠系膜上静脉）来辨认胰的各个分部，肝门静脉对应的部分是胰颈，右侧为胰头，左侧为胰体，指向脾门的是胰尾，转移到肠系膜上静脉后面的是胰钩突。
