  3. Student Financial Information • Consolidated view for most of your financial transactions with the University • Login by using the Same Set of User ID and password for SIS

  4. Functions of SFI • Consolidated e-Statement • Electronic issuance of Debit Note • Electronic defer tuition fee • Electronic receipt • View Scholarship / Bursary

  5. Fee Settlement Methods • Cash / Cheque • ATM Payment • JetsoNet Payment • e-Banking • PPS Payment

  6. Cash / Cheque • Cash/Cheque can be made at any branch of Hang Seng Bank • Cheque should be crossed and drawn in favor of “Hong Kong Baptist University” • Please Ensure “Debit Note Number” is printed on the bank pay-in slip

  7. ATM Payment • ATM cardholder of HSBC, Hang Seng or JETCO group • Select ATM with “Bill Payment” or “Jet Payment” • Key in your Debit Note Number as Payment Reference • Upon successful payment, please retain the bank’s customer advice as proof of payment

  8. JetsoNetPayment • ATM cardholder of HSBC or Hang Seng Bank • Select JetsoNet kiosks with “Bill Payment” function at selected 7-eleven convenience stores • Key in your Debit Note Number as Payment Reference • Upon successful payment, please retain the receipt as proof of payment

  9. e-Banking • Registered e-banking user of HSBC, Hang Seng Bank or JETCO group • After successful making payment, please print out the confirmation advice

  10. PPS Payment • Registered user of PPS • Merchant Code “9158” • Note down the PPS Payment Reference Number for future checking

  11. Fixed Penalty Charge $300 (up to 10 days) $100 (up to 10 days) Penalty for late payment Fee Type • Tuition Fee • Hostel Fee

  12. Next Payment • Due date for Balance Payment of $16,050 for 1st Semester 2005 is 4 November 2005! • Email notification for payment will reach you at least 2 weeks before the payment due date.
