  3. Committee Update • Monthly Teleconferences Teleconferences are held on the second Thursday each month • Formed two (2) sub committees Roadside Enforcement Electronic Filing

  4. Roadside Enforcement Sub Committee • Committee is looking into roadside enforcement getting timely data on revoked motor carriers

  5. Electronic Filing Sub Committee • Committee survey sent to jurisdictions. Based on the survey results, it was determined that most jurisdictions already have a means to accept electronic filings for carrier tax returns. Therefore the project was ended by the committee.
