  3. Climbers Just uses another tree for a support. Grows from bottom to top! Stranglers Completely taking over the whole tree. They grow from top to bottom! Different types of plants

  4. There are many types of figs in the rain forest. Figs (ficus) • Botree (ficus religiosa) • India-rubber fig (ficus elastica) • Weeping fig(ficus benjamina) • Banyan tree (ficus benghalensis) Banyan tree

  5. Rafflesia arnoldii • The largest flower in the world!! • It measures about 3ft in diameter • Grows on the southeast Asian rainforest

  6. Bromeliad An epiphyte whose upturned leaves captured water to provide moisture and a breeding ground for the animals in the canopy
