  5. ウクライナ政府の政策 　　　　再生可能エネルギー政策にシフト 　　　　　　　　　　　　　↓ 　　　　　　　原子力・火力だけでなく 風力と太陽光発電に力を注ぐ それによって大気汚染と電力不足の解消をもくろむ

  6. まとめ ・現地の人にとっては原発事故は過去の問題 　風化している。 ・環境問題として目を向けるべきは 　工業・渋滞問題・ゴミ処理のシステム
