  13. What Library Staff Said . . . Thank you for creating easy-to-follow steps for difficult situations we often face. The training session was great - - especially the chance to ask questions and get clear, practical answers. Safety is on my mind. It is good to have the guidelines that everyone follows. I never thought about the need for a lock-down in a library, but I think it could happen. Things have changed everywhere - not just in cities. The training session was just what we needed. Now we all know what to do – and we want to do the right thing. It feels good to be ready. Having the notebook makes it easy for new staff to learn what is expected.
