  1. What is the purpose of Surge Student Ministry? • Our goal is to help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We believe a fully devoted follower is one who is: • Walking with God • Living the Word • Serving the church • Impacting the world

  2. What is Power Surge? • Power Surge is a time where those who are stakeholders in the Surge Student Ministry come together to pray and plan for the ministry to our students.

  3. When does Power Surge meet? Power Surge will meet at least quarterly _________________________ Sunday, April 10 Sunday, June 26 Sunday, October 9

  4. Surge Student Ministry is Family-Ministry Based In other words, what happens in Surge should be a byproduct of what is happening with families at home.

Upcoming Activities Every first Sunday night we will have a scheduled activity. __________ The other nights are reserved for students to attend a life group with their family. • Spring Break – Youth Room Remodel • LTC – April 22-23 • Love Wichita – April 30 • Graduation of 5th 12th Graders – Sunday, May 22 • School’s Out Celebration – Wednesday, May 25 • Kids Kamp – May 31-June 3 & June 6-9 • River Festival Fundraising – June 11 • Minnesota Mission Trip – June 12-17 • Zenith Summer Camp (High School) – June 19-24 • Power Surge Meeting – Sunday, June 26 • Cornerstone Summer Camp (Middle School) – June 26-July 1 • Colorado Mission Trip –July 5-11 • Rockcleft – July 19-24 (Starts on 18th for Jr’s and Sr’s)
