  4. NMVOC emissions in 4B • No emission factor in the current Guidebook • New emission factor in revised Guidebook • For some Parties, 4B would become the major source • Reasoned criticism at previous TFEIP meeting • Re-assess the evidence underpining emission factor

  5. 4B NMVOCs conclusions • Emission factor in revised Guidebook unreliable • Requires more detailed review
