  2. 腸 病 毒 種 類 • 腸病毒:至少有73型 • 3種小兒麻痺病毒(poliovirus) • 31種伊柯病毒(echovirus) • 23種A族克沙奇病毒(coxsackieviruses A ) • 6種B族克沙奇病毒(coxsackieviruses B ) • 腸病毒68至71 73-78

  3. 腸病毒特性 • 1. RNA病毒 • 2. 在4度C及室溫中穩定,可存活數天 • 3. 不耐熱:>50度C 30分鐘左右可殺死腸 病毒 4. 耐酸:在pH3的環境可存活1-3小時 5. 紫外線.漂白水.含氯達0.3-0.5ppm,可以 殺死腸病毒 6. 一般清潔劑.肥皂,無法完全殺死腸病毒

  4. 腸病毒傳染方式及宿主 • 宿主:人是唯一宿主 • 主要傳播方法:是經口傳染(包含口糞及口沫) • 大部分都傳染小孩子,尤其6歲以下的小孩 • 一般流行高峰是在夏季 • 潛伏期通常是2至9天 • 腸病毒可存在喉嚨1-2星期,而糞便內8-12星期

  5. 感染腸病毒重症認知 • 嗜睡.意識不清.活動力不佳.手腳無力 • 肌抽躍(無故驚嚇或突然間全身肌肉收縮) • 連續嘔吐與呼吸急促或心跳加快 • 以上ㄧ旦出現上述前兆,請務必立即轉送大醫院小兒科接受適當治療

  6. 腸病毒的治療及預防 • 尚無核准上市的抗病毒要可以來治療 • 只能針對症狀治療 • 預防感染: 1 . 不宜與其他小孩親密接觸,不要共用奶 嘴或交替食用同一食物,玩具的清潔 2 . 病毒可存在糞便中約8-12星期,這段時 間要勤洗手
