SUPERVISOR EVALUATION • The supervisorwillevaluate the student performance: • Weeklyaccording to: • Attendance • Tasksrequestedperformed • Quality of the submittedwork • Engagement in discussion • At the end of the semesteraccording to: • Teamwork • Communication/Leadership • Software developmentskills

  5. SUPERVISOR EVALUATION(Cont.) • The supervisorwill monitor and evaluateprojectmilstones (e.g: projectimplementation, testing..) and deliverables (Final Documentation, ToolDemo..) • IT497 Supervisor’s Evaluation Form • IT497 Examiner’s Evaluation Form

  6. FINAL PRESENTATION • Presentationschedule: to beannounced by the second week of May. • Committee:2 Committeemembers + Supervisor • Allocated Time: • Oral presentation: 15 minutes • Demo: 15 minutes • Discussion with the committee: 20 minutes.

  8. PROJECT-2 SUBMISSION • Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm. • Place: IT Secretary Office, 3rd floor. (Ms. Tahani). • Number of copies: 4 copies: • - 3 copies for the committeemembers (including the supervisor, • 1 Fancy copy for the Graduation Project Committe. • ALL copies shouldbesubmitted to the Room 81

  9. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS **NOTE** ALLproject documentation (including the presentation) must be sent to project email. The subject line of your email shouldinclude: • Group number • Project title • Supervisor name
