  3. #1: Student Attrition In New York, for every 100 ninth grade students… 69students graduate from high school four years later… 41students immediately enter college… 33students are still enrolled in their second year… and 19students graduate with either an associate’s degree within three years or a bachelor’s degree within six years. Keeping Race, Class, and Culture Front and Center Partnerships across the country conferred on the need to keep the issues of race, class, and culture front and center in all discussions of the work being done. A previously formed Race and Equity taskforce will continue to work on how to better engage on this issue.
