  3. What You Already Know About Colors • You know that there are many colors • Perhaps you are wearing more than one color today • Some colors and light and others are dark

  4. What You Already Know About Shapes • You also know that there are many shapes • Take a look around you and see the various shapes • Some shapes have sides and others do not

  5. Action Buttons Next Button The Next Button is used to go to the next slide. Back Button The Back Button is used to go to the last slide. Home Button The Home button is used to go back to the home page.

  10. Directions • Once you have read the information and viewed the examples click on the take a quiz button which will test your knowledge of your colors. • You will need a sheet of paper and a pencil to keep score of the number of questions that you get right or wrong.

  12. Red • Red is a primary color. • This means No other colors can be mixed to create red.

  14. Blue • Blue is a primary color. • This means No other color can make blue.

  16. Yellow • Yellow is a primary color. • This means No colors can be mixed to create yellow.

  18. Black • Black is a neutral color. • This means black doesn’t usually show up on the color wheel.

  20. Purple • Purple is a secondary color. • Blue + Red = Purple

  22. Brown • Brown is a special color because it can be both a neutral color or a secondary color. • Red + Green = Brown

  24. Pink • Pink is a secondary color. • This means two other colors can be mixed to create pink. • Red + White = Pink

  26. Orange • Orange is a secondary color. • This means two together colors can be mixed to create orange. • Yellow + Red = Orange
