  2. What are the abnormal findings? What is the DDX?

  3. Answers Findings: The left tibial shaft is slightly bowed and expanded, with a smoky lesion containing light septations (soap-bubbly). If you have excellent eyes and a thorough search pattern, you will have seen calcific densities within the femoro-tibial joints (especially on the left). DDX: -Fibrous Dysplasia (painless lesion) -CPPD (Calcium Pyrophosphate Deposition Disease). (The cause of the knee pain and swelling.)
