  2. Mission Log • The year is 2025 and you and your fellow astronauts are exploring the gas planet Saturn. • While collecting samples of moon dust your ship collides with a rock from the ring system.

  3. Damage Assessment

  4. Damage Assessment Complete • The forward shields are damaged and need to be replaced!! • In order to make the repairs the crew needs a supply of iron ( a common metal). • We must land on one of the moons of Saturn and collect the iron to make repairs.

  5. Probes Deployed • Probes are sent to six of Saturn’s 60 + moons. • The ones return have precious samples.

  6. Your task! • Your damaged ship can only land on one moon. • Using the scientific method decide which moon you will land on. • Remember to follow all the steps of the scientific method.
