This initiative aims to streamline the preparation and sharing of National Implementation Reports (NIRs) under the Aarhus Convention. Building on Decision II/10, it encourages Parties to prioritize timely reporting and utilize the Clearing House mechanism for information sharing. The synthesis report highlights ways to present implementation data transparently. By developing an interactive platform for querying NIRs and assessing regional capacity-building needs, countries can enhance access to information, public participation, justice, and environmental management.
