  31. Cost of Health Care Florida Ormond Memorial is the “In Network Provider” for these Medicare Plan Participants. With Insurance A “Out of Network” stay at Halifax will cost the patient $750.00 per day compared to Ormond Memorial “In Network” cost of $500.00 regardless of length of stay.
