1. US Network Bank Open New Employee Checking Account

2. Use Company Registration # and Manager Password to login to company account at http://165.155.104.252/i-bank/

3. Click Services link.

4. Click Generate Application Codes

5. Type number of accounts needed. Click Generate.

6. Print this Page. These Key Codes along with the company registration # will be used to open employee checking accounts.

7. Go to US Network Bank home page and click Sign up to open an account Link.

8. Fill in data using company registration # and 1 set of Key Codes. Fill in all personal information and click Submit Application.

9. The employee account information must be copied before you leave this page or it will be lost.

10. Use the user ID and Password to login to new employee account.

11. Account Summary page shows account Owner, account # and account Balance.

12. Writing a Check1. Click Payees

13. Type payee name then click Search.

14. Find Payee in list and scroll right to see add button.

15. Click Add. Click Bill Payment.

16. Writing a CheckFill in Payment information. Click Save.

17. Pending Transactions. Payments can be canceled until posted to accounts next day.

19. Services Page Check Exchange Rates. Open Credit Card Account

20. 2. To open Credit Card account click Application.

21. Click Submit Application.
