Mission Statement To revitalize our neighborhoods by providing rehabilitation, re-construction, housing and home ownership opportunities through collaboration with Lee County Housing partners and related agencies for the residents of Lee County.

Denise Bell, Housing Administrative Specialist • Current Funding- • Continue acquisition/rehab/resale with NSP 1 program income • Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3) • Rehab 40 homes in Cape, Lehigh & Ft. Myer Villas under NSP 3 • ARRA Weatherization $681,978 • Weatherize up to 16 homes per month • CDBG – Major rehab program continues - layering with Weatherization • Lowest Bidder- Florida Statues require us to award the lowest bidder . If a contractor is not performing & there is sufficient documentation then award would go to second lowest bidder.
