  3. 1. INTELLIGENCE It is concerned with mental ability, tactfulness while dealing with others, etc

  4. 2. Educational skill He should possess learning and teaching skill, as he himself has to learn and teach workers about organization's growth and development.

  5. 3.Communication skill HR manager should have good command over the language, listening skill, interpretation skill etc.

  6. 4. Executive skill This refers to the speedy and accurate execution of management policies and programmes by HR manager.

  7. 5. Human skill This refers to the HR manager’s successful dealing with employees.

  8. 6. Leadership Skill This includes ability to motivate, direct and create enthusiasm among employees.

  9. 7. Decision skill HR manager should possess analytical ability, good judgement.

  10. 8. Free from bias HR manager should be free from biasness. HR should be neither pro-workers nor pro-management. He should be well balanced and honest person.
