SEZ creation procedure Competitive Committee, approved bythe Minister ofEconomy Development and Trade of theRF order, realizesestimation and selectionof requests for creationSEZ, and alsoannouncesthe results of thecompetitionfor creation of SEZ The Governmentof the RFpasses the Regulationabout the creation of SEZ. In the 30-dayperiodafter this the Government of the RF, the superiorexecutivebodyof governmentof constituent entity of the RFandthe executive-administrative bodyof themunicipal formationwhereSEZ is createdconcludeagreementaboutthe SEZ creation Russian Federal SEZ Management Agency
