Department Administrator’s Committee

On March 27, 2007, an informational update was provided regarding the e-Req project for the School of Medicine (SoM) Purchasing Operations. Led by Natalija Shkreli, the project aims to enhance procurement processes and will be implemented across all of SoM. Key stakeholders will be involved in project demonstrations, and anticipated training for users is set ahead of the planned go-live date of June 1, 2007. The initiative will streamline operations and improve efficiency in handling sponsored programs and post-award processes.

  2. e-Req Informational Update • The Controller Division - SoM Purchasing Operations and Washington Square Purchasing are currently working on an e-Req Project. The result will allow for e-Req to be rolled out to all of SoM. • Key stake holders will participate in project demos • Budget • DAC • FGP • Finance • Sponsored Programs – post award

  3. e-Req Informational Update • The SoM Purchasing Operations Department under the management of Natalija Shkreli will over see the Administrator role • Anticipated go live date June 1, 2007 • Purchasing will train all users
