This study investigates the effectiveness of cocoa butter-based essential oil pessaries in alleviating vaginal dryness, particularly for women experiencing physical and psychological challenges due to menopause or cancer therapy. Current treatments often lack efficacy, leaving symptoms unrecognized. The proposed intervention includes nightly use of pessaries alongside dilation exercises. Initial patient feedback shows promising improvements in comfort, quality of life, and the ability to resume sexual activity. We aim to optimize safety, efficacy, and user acceptance through a feasibility study.
