  4. Cuban Missile Crisis • In 1958 Cuba was taken over by Communist: Fidel Castro • In 1962 USSR place short rage nuclear missiles in Cuba • Led to Navel Blockade • John F Kennedy has preliminary budgets and figures for WWIII.
