  2. ABOUT DR. ALURI I was born and raised in India. After completing medical school in India, I moved to USA to pursue residency at Rochester General Hospital , Rochester NY. While working as an attending in Internal medicine at Rochester General Hospital, I completed a Masters in clinical investigation program at the University of Rochester. I completed my fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Iowa in 2017 . I have served the population of Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities as an Endocrinologist with Unity Point Clinic, Cedar Rapids till 2023 summer before opening my practice in Coralville, Iowa.

ALURI Dr. VidyaAluri is board certified in Endocrinology and Internal medicine with additional diplomats in Lipidology and Obesity Medicine. “I believe medicine is as much an art as a science especially in the management of chronic medical conditions. I listen to my patients and try to educate them through every step of their therapy as they need to be informed decision makers. It is important to me that patients are not treated as numbers or a statistic.”
