  2. The Apple iPad Pros -Flexible in that it can do more than just work as an e-reader -Good storage capacity 16GB is the smallest size. -Touch Screen -Can read a number of different formats Cons -Size and Weight 9.5” x 7.3” and 1.3 lbs. -LCD screen -High cost -Short battery life

The Amazon Kindle Pros -E-ink screen -Has some flexibility -4GB storage capacity (not upgradable) -Build in keyboard -Light weight and small size 8.5 oz. and 7.5” x 5” -Very good battery life (up to 2 months) -Some books can be done as text to speech Cons -Limited to formats; books only from Amazon -Can’t get books from the library (coming soon) -Can’t upgrade storage capacity -Has deleted books from customers Kindles in the past

Nook Simple Touch Reader Pros -Touch screen -Best size and weight 6.5” x 5” and only 7.5 oz. -E-ink screen -2GB storage capacity, upgradable with 32GB micro-SD card -Most common e-book format: .epub -Great battery life -Easy to load side load book from other sources -Share books with friends -Get book from the library Cons -not flexible, just an e-reader -Limited formats
