A Week of Exploration: Into University!

Join us on an exciting journey at "Into University," where our week was packed with interactive learning! We kicked off Monday with fun games to build camaraderie, then dived into various journalism types. Tuesday brought creative moments as we learned about photojournalism, even crafting giant cameras! By Wednesday, we explored history at Kensington Palace, creating leaflets for eerie evening tours. Thursday focused on our university aspirations, and we wrapped up Friday at UCL showcasing our journalism projects to peers and parents. What an unforgettable experience!

  2. M onday!!! • On Monday we got to know each other better by playing fun warm up games such as X factor, then we learned about different types of journalism in 4 groups and we got our first secret mission!!!!

  3. T uesday!!! On Tuesday we learned about Photo journalism. Someone called Alex taught us how to make a giant camera!!!

  4. . TUESDAY • Later on in the day we made some prints, everyone had so much fun doing the prints!!

  5. W Ednesday!!! On Wednesday we went to Kensington Palace where we wrote leaflets about the eerie evening tours a new attraction at Kensington Palace where people can experience history at night!

  6. T Hursday!!! On Thursday we talked about what we would like to study in university and wrote it on a paper which we stuck to a tree . This is what we would like to be when we go to university…

  7. F Riday!! Friday was our last day, we went to U.C.L (University College of London) where we showed our parents and class mates different types of journalism on a poster in our four different groups.
