For Export Core of Business (shipper/consignee) M+R will receive full set of documentation via CSOS before cargo arrival . Pre-alert will be included all documentation along with photo if necessary Shipper make online booking and delivery cargo to OMT warehouse After implementing operation, OMT will make pre-alert via CSOS system Oriental Mercury Transportation M+R SPEDAG ROUP SHA M+R will inform consignee the arrival of cargo in advance in order to save time consuming on preparation after cargo arrival. CSOS system The black word indicated receiver and the red word indicated feedback routine. M+R should input operational information in the system. After cargo being delivered, delivery receipt will be scanned into system for cargo tracing. Core of Business (Shipper/Consignee)
For Import Core of Business (shipper/consignee) After received the pre-alert from M+R, OMT will prepare for customs clearance in order to save cycle time after cargo touched down. M+R uploaded documentation and taken photo and made pre-alert to OMT M+R received information from Amkor’s Supplier and arrange flight/allocate space for the shipment M+R SPEDAG GROUP SHA Oriental Mercury Transportation OMT will deliver the cargo to Amkor Technology after cargo go through customs clearance. CSOS system The black word indicated receiver and the red word indicated feedback routine. OMT should input operational information in the system. Authorized users can be log into Customers Service Oriented Systems via two way: • http://csos.omict.com or B. http://www.omict.com • The coverage of the system included four functions, they are • Freight Enquiry for customers’ online enquiry • Trade Compliance for customers’ consultation about latest import and export requlation • Booking Reservation for customers’ online booking, shipment tracing and documentation • Cargo insurance for customers’ online cargo insurance
In the “Freight Enquiry” function enquiry sheet can be filled With the necessary cargo information by users, after being Filled user can touch “send E-mail” button. Your enquiry Will be send to OMT. We will reply you as soon as possible.
Trade Compliance are especially designed for oversea agent and local customers. We collected up-to-date Customs Harmonized Code and latest law and regulation issued by China customs and CIQ, for which we’re sure it will be helpful to company who will import or export shipment from/to China. Meanwhile our colleagues will update the information upon available. We hope the function will become a platform and each benefit’s party can find or download the necessary documentation they want.
“online booking” will allow customers or oversea agent to send <shipper’s letter of Instruction> to us electronically. Your information will be added into our operational System and notify our operators via MSN automatically. “Shipping Tracing” will allow customers or oversea agent to trace their shipment and Monitor where the shipment is going. Meanwhile users can download the documentation And find the corresponding pictures of the shipment. Oversea agent will use the “sub-system for oversea partner” to make pre-alert to Oriental Mercury and update transportation history.
Online booking form are equivalent Shipper’s letter of instruction, you can fill the form and send it to OMT directly. Your provided information will enter into our system automatically.
When you sent cargo information to OMT, after space confirmed you could download <Inbound Notice> and arranged delivery to our warehouse in PVG airport.
After flight space was confirmed by OMT operator, you could check in the function of download airwaybill. You could download the house airwaybill directly from it.
“List File” can allow user to check the Documentation and see the picture of Their shipments. The users can easily get the necessary cargo Information. What’s the schedule of flight? When does cargo finished customs clear? When does cargo arrived in destination? When does the cargo delivery to consignee?
The last parts of the systems is “Cargo Insurance”, you can do 1.Cargo Insurance Application 2.Cargo Insurance Search 3.File Insurance Complain 4.Monitor the process of your filed complain
