This study presents the first measurement of inclusive photoproduction of light mesons (h, r0, f0(980), and f2(1270)) at HERA, leveraging data from the H1 experiment. The analysis reveals the universal behavior of hadron production in the central rapidity plateau of hadronic events, demonstrating a good agreement between data and Monte Carlo simulations. The preliminary results for differential cross-sections of r0, f0, and f2 mesons at an average photon-proton center-of-mass energy of 210 GeV provide critical insights into quantum chromodynamics (QCD) and particle production mechanisms at high energies.

Conclusions 1. The first measurement of inclusive h, r0, f0(980) andf2(1270) mesons at HERA (H1 experiment). 2. Preliminary results on differential meson photoproduction cross-sections. 3.The inclusive cross-section for hadronic resonances has approximately the same behavior as observed for long-lived hadrons
