  2. I.- CHEQUEO Y DIAGNOSTICO DEL ACTUADOR • Revisión de los suministros neumáticos • Revisión física de todos los elementos neumáticos y mecánicos. • Diagnóstico del actuador. II.- REVISION Y DIAGNOSTICODEL CUERPO DE LA VALVULA • Revisión y diagnóstico del cuerpo de la válvula. • Revisión y diagnóstico del tapón. • Revisión y diagnóstico del asiento. • Revisión y diagnóstico de los sellos. • Prueba de hermeticidad.

III.- REVISION Y DIAGNOSTICO DEL POSICIONADOR • Simulación con entrada de 3 – 15 psi. • Chequeo de transductor I/P. • Chequeo de piloto. • Chequeo de resorte. • Chequeo de diafragma. • Chequeo de leva. IV.- DESARME DE ACTUADOR • Desarme completo del actuador. • Limpieza del actuador. • Revisión de diafragma y resorte. • Pintura esmalte de color corporativo

  4. V.- DESARME CUERPO DE LA VALVULA • Desamble de eje. • Desamble de bujes y espaciadores. • Extracción de empaques. • Revisión de rodamiento. • Extracción del tapón. • Limpieza del cuerpo. VI.- DESARME DE POSICIONADOR • Desarme completo de posicionador. • Limpieza posicionador. • Pintura esmalte
