Change Project: Increase group therapy participation • Reviewed group attendance rosters to establish a baseline. • 75% group enrollment in the third quarter of FY’11 • 78% of consumers participated in a needs assessment to determine: • Highest medication times; • Days of week available to attend group; • Time of day available to attend group; • Number of employed vs. unemployed clients; • Number of consumers responsible for the care of others; • Travel times to and from the clinic and work; • Travel mode to and from the clinic; and • If they would attend groups offered on weekends. • Compared consumer needs and preferences to the current group schedule.
