This initiative focuses on the development and implementation of job aids to provide quick access to critical information and performance support during the T-24 transition. The job aids will target roles with the highest impact on change, including 18 specific positions and 95% of individuals in high-impact jobs across the organization. Selected branches will pilot these aids during full simulations, testing CSR and Lending Job Aids in both electronic and placemat formats. The goal is to streamline workflows and enhance performance amidst significant changes.
