Committees are divided into different secretariats to work accordingly. • Report on the project in last year are posted in facebook group as reference. • BEFORE FIRST MEETING • President divides work to each secretariat. • Project is from 22nd to 24th November 2013. • 22-11-2013: Opening ceremony of Health Week • 23-11-2013: Blood Donation Campaign • 24-11-2013: First Aid Talk and closing ceremony of Heath Week • FIRST • MEETING • (17-10-2013)

  6. EXCO and AJK PROTOKOL: • Handle opening and closing ceremony • Prepare to be trained as usher and emcee • Run rehearsal for the event • Invite and send invitation card to VIP • Welcome VIP to the event

Post mortem of every secretariats on the project. • Rehearsal for opening ceremony need to be more organised. • Emcee should discuss with AJK programme and multimedia for the flow of the event. • Inform the officer from Blood Donation Centre about the time earlier to set up the tables. • FIFTH • MEETING • (25-11-2013) • Demonstration of gimic for the opening ceremony is fixed and approved by all committees. • Send the release letter on vehicles for officer from Blood Donation Centre and First Aid trainer. • Email the prepared script to VIP. • Paste the flyers on every hostel block. • FOURTH MEETING • (19-11-2013)
