This report presents data collection summaries and compares database structures and habitat protocols for the Methow and Columbia Rivers in Washington. It evaluates the impact of additional PIT tag interrogation systems on survival estimates from 2008 to 2012. The accompanying appendices, particularly Appendix 1-11, include 27 graphs depicting length frequency distributions for key species such as rainbow/steelhead, coho, and Chinook salmon across various tributaries. These graphs highlight species metrics crucial for understanding fish populations in these regions.
