Step-by-Step Guide to Assembling MAVEN Purge Fittings

This guide provides detailed instructions for assembling and installing MAVEN purge fittings. To ensure proper installation, the fitting must be disassembled prior to attaching the hose. Follow the given steps to slide the parts onto the Teflon purge hose with the correct orientations, ensuring the bevels on the ferrule and clamp face the right directions. Insert the tubing fully into the fitting and slide the ferrule and clamp in place before carefully screwing on the nut without crossing threads. Proper disassembly techniques are also outlined for easy removal.
