  2. TOBILLO: TIPOS DE INMOVILIZACIÓN • Vendaje compresivo: esguinces leves moderados, fase aguda • Vendaje funcional: fase subaguda • Férula de yeso: esguinces severos, importante dolor.. • Bota de yeso: permite la marcha

  3. FÉRULA PIE Y TOBILLO • Indicaciones: • Esguince tobillo moderado-severo • Fracturas maleolo peroneo sin desplazamiento (hasta cierre de yeso) • Fx de tobillo quirúrgicas, provisionalmente • Fx de base de 5º MTT • Esguince pedio severo • Fracturas de MTT, contusiones severas..

  4. PIE Y TOBILLO • Función: • Tratamiento sintomático del dolor • Tratamiento definitivo: esguinces.. • Tratamiento provisional: fracturas quirúrgicas

  5. PIE Y TOBILLO • Método: • Colocar tubinet • Almohadillar con algodón. • Medir distancia dedos-hueco poplíteo • Confeccionar férula (vendas grandes) 15 vueltas • Mojar y colocar en parte posterior (90) • Vendaje elástico por encima.

  6. INDICACIONES FÉRULA MUÑECA • Contusiones, esguinces, artritis…con dolor importante: tto sintomático • Fracturas no desplazadas muñeca y mano (tto provisional o definitivo) • Fracturas quirúrgicas radio distal, carpo..inmov. provisional.

  7. MUÑECA • Función: • Tratamiento del dolor • Tratamiento definitivo: artritis, fr. No desplazadas.. • Tratamiento provisional: fr. quirúrgicas

  8. MÉTODO • Tubinet. • Almohadillado • Medición y confección (15 vueltas vendas medianas) • Mojar, escurrir, colocar. • Vendaje
