  5. Training Objectives • Generate lists of patients in RPMS by specific conditions. • Generate patient lists in Visual CRS. Patient Lists

  7. Threshold Generate at least one report listing patients of the provider with a specific condition. Patient Lists

  8. RPMS Reporting Logic Measure Inclusions: COUNT: the generation of one Patient List Report during the EHR reporting period (if count = 1, report “Yes,” if count = 0, report “No”) Patient Lists
