This study investigates the relative amounts of VEGF mRNA and the levels of secreted VEGF in different cell lines, including ALK-positive and ALK-negative variants. The data reveals distinct expression profiles associated with the presence of these genetic markers, highlighting their potential implications in lymphoma and other malignancies. Using quantitative measurements, we analyzed several ALCL cell lines (e.g., ALCL-10, ALCL-22) and correlated VEGF expression with methylation status of specific genes including DLEU2 and SMC4.
