Mission: To advise the pastor on issues of the temporal goods and the future needs of the parish. Scheduled meetings: 4th Monday of every other month at 7:00pm.

LAWRENCE SCHOOL BOARDADVISORY Father Gary DeRouchey, Pastor; Todd Thyne, Chair; Angie Weber, Secretary; Laurie Batchelor; Kevin Cantine; Mary Lee Trapp. Mission: To advise the pastor on the needs and on personnel issues of the St. Lawrence School. Scheduled meetings: 2nd Monday in months of August thru May at 6:30pm.

  16. FINANCE SCHOOL – Diocese requirement that school funding is less than 50% from church support. Archdiocese – for a school to be viable, the parish obligation to school cannot be less than 20% nor greater than 45% of ordinary revenue (plate and envelope) at a full cost basis and any more is a sacrifice of core parish ministries for the access to Catholic schools. Means that St. Lawrence parish support should be no more than $189,540. Currently, the parish has budgeted $261,984.98 for the fiscal year of 2011-2012.
