  1. Jacklyn Mingo & Kate Ashe WebPage Design At web design we were supposed to design a web page about ourselves and what we do in technology. This is a station that lasts two rotations so we are not completely finished with our web pages.

  2. Hit Counter Then pick whatever design you want then ok Go to insert and hit web component Select hit counter and then finish

  3. Interactive Button Link to personal page Choose button style Click insert and then the interactive button

  4. Scrolling Marquee Click dynamic effects then hit marquee and then finish Then title the marquee and you can change your background color of the marquee Go to insert and hit web component

  5. Using the Drawing Tool Bar View, down to toolbars, make sure the drawing tool bar is checked. Usually at the bottom of your screen. Looks like above photo.

  6. Problems and solutions We changed the cell padding and that helped a little bit. Something’s were still squished or to far apart but it looked a lot better than it did before. It was hard to situate all of our items we wanted in the table without making the spacing really big between things. Click in a cell, right click go to table properties and then change alignment to center. We didn’t know how to make the whole page centered so that it wouldn’t be all on one side on the internet.

  7. Likes and Dislikes We like that we can design our own site and personalize it to our liking. We are given more freedom than in any other station to do what we please on something that is truly ours. We didn’t like that this was only a two rotation station, it would have been cooler if it lasted all three rotations. We didn’t like that the tables would either squish or spread our wording far apart.

  8. Recommendations Work hard and don’t goof off, have an idea of what you want as your background Even though it seems not fun to write down your layout, it really helps later on.

  9. Future Applications We learned how to make a web page like the ones on the internet. Any career that advertises on the internet would use this because they obviously have to have a web page. We have enjoyed this so far and hope to finish our web page by next rotation.
