أسباب تعين على أداء الصلاة1- الاستعانة بالله عز وجل. 2 - العزيمة الصادقة الجازمة. 3 - استحضار ثمرات الصلاة الدينية والدنيوية. 4- استحضار عقوبة ترك الصلاة. 5- الأخذ بالأسباب، كاستعمال المنبه أو أن يوصي الإنسان أهله بأن يحرصوا على إيقاظه وحثه، أو أن يوصي زملائه بأن يتعاهدوه.
6- ترك الانهماك في فضول الدنيا. 7 - ألا يتعب الإنسان نفسه أكثر من اللازم. 8 - أن يتجنب الذنوب، فإنها تثقل عليه الطاعات. 9 - أن يصاحب الأخيار ويتجنب الأشرار.
