  2. EVENT DETAILS SHAPE magazine, the No. 1 women’s active lifestyle magazine, is excited to announce the 6th Annual Summer SHAPE Up Event! Every spring SHAPE Magazine publishes the Summer Beach issue which offers solutions revolving around a woman’s constant battle to get back into beach-body shape from the long winter. The Summer SHAPE Up Event will feature the same fitness, nutrition, fashion advice and more, through an interactive event to benefit charity. Finally, women can hear directly from the experts and can receive truly tailored advice for each body type and busy schedule. The Summer SHAPE Up Summer Beach event includes: • Interactive sponsor tents that will feature the latest trends in beauty, health, fitness and fashion, exciting games and fantastic giveaways. • Intensive fitness classes led by local fitness trainers in three main fitness areas. Event Website: http://www.shape.com/summer-shape-up Dates and Location: • June 28, 2014 – Hermosa Beach, Calif. • 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PST – Event, Fitness Classes 1 Pier Avenue Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 (sand area just north of the Pier) Registration: • Fitness class registration is available online • The event is open to the public.

DELIVERABLES & SHIPPING Artwork: • Please provide all sponsor artwork as a hi-resolution art file (Adobe Illustrator preferred). • Upload art files directly to rEvolution FTP site using below instructions: • ftp.revolutionworld.com • Username: shape • Password: Summer2014 • Find sponsor folder and drag art files into folder Shipping Form/Shipping Instructions: • Please fill out attached form and email by TBD to your SHAPE Event Contact or fax to Julie Steben, SHAPE Promotion Assistant • Fax: (212) 646-5140 • Please alert event contact when fax has been sent to Julie Steben. • Please ship all sponsor product and event materials to the following address to arrive TBD Timing and shipping address. • All shipments must be clearly marked SHAPE – Sponsor Name, and each box should reference the box number with the total number of boxes shipped (i.e., Box # of #). • Please include a packing slip with each box. Timeline for Delivery: DATES TBD • April 18 – Sponsor artwork due to SHAPE • April 18 – Shipping form faxed/emailed to SHAPE at Fax: (212) 646-5140 • May 19 – May 24 – Shipping Week • May 31 – All items shipped to arrive no later than this date.
