  3. Step 1: Download and Run the Tool i.e. Remove and Reinstall Norton Tool Firstly, download and run the tool. If the issue persists, No need to worry. Follow the next step. PRESENTED BY JACK MARTIN

Step 2: Eliminate non-Symantec security product Go to the option of Run dialogue box and have a Press on the option of Windows + RT ype “appwiz.cpl” and press Enter From the list, choose the non-Symantec security product and have a click on either Remove or Uninstall icon. Step 3: Update “Video Graphics Driver” Go to the Run dialogue box by pressing “Windows+ R” keys together Enter devmgmt.msc in the dialogue box and press “Enter” Device Manager Window will appear on the display. Choose “Display adapters” and have a double click on that Next, on the HD Graphics card, have a right-click and then choose “Properties”. Check the status of Graphic card Driver, whether it is current or outdated on the Driver tab. In case the driver is outdated then you have to install the latest version of the graphics card driver by downloading it. After updating the graphics card driver restart your device.
