To resolve this error, follow the steps given below. • Press F2 key to open Product Information window and check the file size. • Close QuickBooks Desktop and copy the file to the C:\ drive. • Open the company file in QuickBooks Desktop. • From the File menu, select the “Switch to single user mode”. • To end the process, export again, click the Utilities option from the File menu, and then opt for “Copy Company File for QuickBooks Online.”

  5. Error 3- File is too big to export Solution: To fix the issue press F2 to open the Product Information window.
