  3. My goals 1. Get into shape 2. Eat Healthy 3. Spend more time studying 4. Sleep less 5. Quit smoking 6. Quit being a jerk 7. Get my N 8. Spend more time with family 9. Get better Grades

  4. Get into Shape More Cardio More weightlifting

  5. Eat healthy Eat More Eat fruits and veggies More Sushi

  6. More time studying At least 4 hours with books open in front of me 2 hours review 2 hours studying

  7. Get better Grades • At least 3 A’s next semester • Good university • Maturity

  12. More time with Family • Call 2-3 times a week • Random visits • Talk more with my dad
